Goals and Accountability

Life rarely gives us time to slow down and focus on the change we need.

Let's set aside time to do this right.

I'd be honored to go through this process with you.

There are so very many types of goal setting systems and methods for setting up accountability. It is fair to say I have worked with most of them or versions of them and have found that each resonates with different types of people.

This process does not need to be complicated; we will find the system that works for you.

Many people have tried goal setting and accountability practices.

They fell by the wayside like forgotten and unsuccessful new year resolutions.

They were not tied to time management and task management systems that fit into their lives.

Using other people's systems can be complicated

and can feel like wearing someone else's shoes: uncomfortable.

Make sure to read the Services page and the All About Rightly Ordered section.

The process:

  • Determine changes you want to make.

  • Develop conviction around goals and new practices for your life.

  • Identify obstacles and mitigate.

  • Develop a flexibility mindset that handles life as it comes.

  • Maintain these practices while continuing to live out other important areas of your life.

  • Adjust the system until it is individualized for you.

  • Address the accountability piece of the puzzle head-on.
